Frostbite, pox, tumor, cut identify

I am trying to identify what’s going on with one of my girls. I live in western ma, and we have had some really cold days/nights, single digits. Solid coop, covered run, but have had some free range time. I put leaves and chips down on top of snow in free range area, but I think 2 birds have some frostbite on combs and wattles. I feed purina start/grow, starting to transition into purina organic layer. Grit, oyster on the side. I have mixed age - breed flock. 5-7 months.

This first picture is from last week, see white on comb. I also noticed 2 bumps on her wattle, like a bug bit or pimple, but no white head. Now the one bump has a black spot. I put some green goo salve on her this morning and she just took a dust bath so her comb and wattle have dirt on them now. Last picture is my rooster who has what looks to me like frostbit. I am new to chickens. Thoughts on what’s going on and how I should treat?

Seems like a touch of frost. I wouldn't think the hens would get that in Mass. It's balmy there compared to here. Your coop could probably do with a bit more ventilation. It's not too bad, the cock will lose that tip on comb blade. Usually all my cockerels and cocks lose tips. This year has been mild, three nights below zero, and all are still good.

My coop has plenty of ventilation is my understanding. Chicken chick coop. Top, side vents, windows on all sides
