my Roo and some of my hens have frostbite and I'm scared what will it do and how can I treat it how can I prevent this I today I winterized my coop but what else can I do

How much ventilation do you have? Sounds like you need even more. 1 square foot of ventilation per bird above the roosts.
Frostbite is fine and harmless if it is only on the tips of the combs. It will turn black and the affected area will fall off. The birds aren't affected unlike it affects the feet or the whole comb. Do you have large combed birds?

I made a spot for venalation today it's only the tip of the comb maybe they will have a happier night tonight my roosters comb is huge and half my other chickens have barely a comb at all they are Americanas what happens if it does take over the whole comb? Also my ventilation is high in the coop thank you so much
