Frostbite what does it do and how to heal it

How much ventilation do you have in your coop with what you added?
Are the roosts up high? If the roosts put his head within a foot of the roof it may be a good idea to lower them. The moisture from the breathing condenses on the combs if the roof is to close.
 
I have a bantam hen named Lacy. I don't think you have much to worry about. The frostbite is almost nothing. I've seen a whole lot worse combs then that. I've seen it get to -18F already this year. It's been barely getting above 10F around here lately. Beautiful rooster. :)
