Well temps dropped well below 0 and windy so I closed dampers on my coop vents for the night. Today one of my hens comb is half gray, was red yesterday. If I open vents will hen be ok it’s a FBCM.

Where are you located. Shouldn't close vents. Your coop needs to be DRY to prevent frostbite Birds build up a lot of moisture in a coop with breathing and pooping. Wet combs will be in trouble. Get one of your hands wet and go outside. No gloves and see how cold that wet hand gets. That's what happen to a comb if it has moisture on it.
