Frostbite????

Ok to keep it short, i was gone for about 2 and a half days, so I had my parents look after my 3 chickens. Im not sure when this happened, but I've just noticed it. Im really hoping its not frostbite but I have no idea. If it is is frostbite what do I do!!????? the last 3 days have been fairly cold, the high has been 5 degrees or less over the past three days, and today feels like -32.

It doesn’t look very serious to me. It is difficult to prevent frostbite on combs when there are temperatures close to zero. I would not do anything, and especially would not use petroleum jelly or other creams that could freeze. Those combs should heal in a few weeks, but there could be some rounded points.
