Two of my chickens have bad frostbite.....what should I do? It happend when we had the -50 temperatures. I feel so bad☹️

It looks like they have had some comb frostbite in the past. There is no way to completely prevent frostbite in those temps, except to try and close off any drafts or wet areas inside the coop. There has to be some overhead ventilation for the humid air to escape though. Drinking water in those temps will cause the wattles to freeze. It will be painful for awhile, but I would not massage or handle the frostbitten tissue. No creams or ointment should be used, since those also freeze.
