my ducklings poop is frothy she is not eating to much

A vet is always a good idea.

Meanwhile, what is she eating? Does she have food with water 24/7?

How old is she?

Is she getting treats?

How warm is the brooder?

Any other ducklings?

They can get infections, but sometimes they get impacted if they eat anything other than starter crumbles or pellets without first getting a little chick-sized grit.

They can pick up things and eat things that aren't good for them, like soap, string, anything powdery.
