Frozen Chicken Smoothies!! Girls Go Crazy for Them!

Just thought I would pass along what I have been doing for the girls in case anyone is crazy like me. Since it is already AFRICA HOT here in Texas, every other day, they get a frozen smoothie. Here are some of mine:

Bag of frozen veg
2 cut up tomatoes
water
Blend until it looks completly nasty and pour

Plain Yogurt
Fresh or frozen bluberries (or your fruit of choice)
oatmeal
Blend until it looks like you might like to drink it on a hot day and pour

Frozen Brussel Sprouts
Brocolli
water
splash of ACV
splash of carrott juice
Again, blend until it looks nasty and pour.

I may blend some veggies, chicken, and ice cubes for a frozen chicken chicken smoothie.
