Thanks for this! I had been wondering about that. My girls have not been laying and I had to buy, yes, BUY a dozen eggs. I go through times where I am giving them away and feeding them to the dogs.. and now I am BUYing eggs. This would help that problem.

They mention that they do not leaven baked goods as well though. That might be a problem, but for things that I like chewy, like brownies, it may be just right.

I went to the site you suggested and printed out the info for future use. Yup you can cook frozen eggs, separate the whites too. But its nice to know that a frozen egg is also eatable. I mean the crows and predators eat them, now I know we can too if we prepare them safely.
