and you ask me if I've been drinking?! LOL

She's making fun of me. that's ok cause today I farted and thought of her

it made me gigggle

Have you tried taking Aleve instead of the pain killers? It's the only type I can take, unless I take 4 Ibuprofen at a time.

Daggum...you're falling apart. You've got a pain in the butt and a pain in the neck! On the bright side, you can fluffy and blame it on the shot!

Pulling a Debi..good Lord. Debi's fart post has gone down in BYC history.

Yes I know your pain. I had the same thing. Perfectly ok then i couldn't move it at all. I had x-rays done and they put a shot of corizone (sp) into it. Also gave me anti-imflammatory tablets and I had to go see a physio who gave me some exercise to do with a stretchy band. Took a while but it is pretty good now. Best of luck to you.

Try to keep moving it. Ice and heat packs will help along.

I had a rototor cuff injury which corizone didnt help, it was temp help. Ended up having surgery last year and it was a long recovery. I still battle it now and then to keep it supple.

Go visit the doctor, Xrays do not show it all. MRI can and until the surgeon open it up and alas, there was the culprit. Glad to have it done.

Seriously Sorry to hear about it but I had something like that once couldn't move it for about a week it was almost as if it wasn't there (aside from all the da.....ng pain I was in and then one day I woke up no pain and I could move it again so there is hope but only time will tell and the body must repair whatever is messed up.
Hope you feel better soon

Gloom, despair and agony on me- Woaaaahhhhhhh

If it weren't for bad luck, I'd have no luck at all- Woaaaaahhhhh

My sister started singing that song to her children when they would start whining about something. Now they will all sing along with her (especially on the Wooaaaahhh part).

I'm sorry your shoulder hurts. I have no advice for you, but a lot of sympathy.

A quilting friend of mine had that injury, as I recall it had to do with the repetitive movements she made using her longarm quilting machine. Eventually she did have surgery and is doing better. There are exercises that may help some, but drinking and pain meds work faster

especially if done together

My left shoulder was locked several years ago. I had one injection of steroids, not in the shoulder but in the butt. It took about a week but the shoulder is back to normal and hasn't given me any trouble since.
