Ok 8 inch cinder blocks the hole inside was to small for my set up so I went to a full cinder block

Yes I'm going to be putting some stone or dirt under them they are not plugged in yet I'm going to turn them on in the am and see how long it takes to thaw ! Got 3 and a half done before it got dark took about ten min a piece

Hi Chris,
What is under the light itself?Looks kinda dangerous with straw around it.I would think something like a fish tank air pump would be safer.You would have to hang the pump itself as it may get hot,but instead of heat it would be air that circulates the water.You would have to get a lot of tubing and tees,but they are cheap.Plus you only have the one unit to contain the heat from the the pump.I am just a little leary about the heat source.Just my thoughts.

Hi tony no they aren't plugged in yet going to put stone or dirt under them going to try them out in the morning and see what happens
