Update -
The ceramic heater placed next to the 5 gallon pail thawed it! The girls noticed the water being available and started drinking from the nipples! We were even treated to eggs this morning.

I ordered two heated waterer's from amazon this morning.the reviews and prices were good plus free two day shipping.

Has anyone ever had a problem with the nipples freezing? Just wondering

That is the only part of my system that I cannot keep thawed. The reservoir now stays liquid, as does the hose leading to the nipples, but I have not figured out a way to keep them working. Stinks that the entire system is good except for the very last part that MUST stay thawed! Figures.
