Frozen Wine... is it ok?

Done right, it is a dry white wine type drink with some honey flavor to it. I like sparkling mead and make mine with champagne yeast.

Done improperly, it tastes like wet cardboard.

Wifezilla, why the champagne yeast?

my mom used to make wine and jello, use 1 cup wine for the water, and then use ice cream instead of the ice cubes to thicken it, boy was that good!!!!
