fructose intolerance

I Have felt awful for a long time, but have experimented for the last year and am pretty sure that I cannot tolerate fructose. Since eating some glucose in combination with the fructose makes it more tolerable, it is hard to detect. Anyone else having digestive problems that are hard to pinpoint may want to consider this. It took me a long time to figure out.
