frustrated

I have the oportunity to pick up a 4yo tobiano paint that is green broke and registered for $700. She also may be pregnant. Im just trying to figure out if its gonna kill me to feed her and my other 2 horses and its frustrating.

It seems to me to be a simple math problem. If you already have two you should be able to figure out how much it will cost. If that is your are keeping good records. My guess is you already know the answer.

I hate to say it (but honestly it sounds kind of like you *want* it said, just so it's coming from someone besides yourself

), but if you have to seriously debate whether you can afford it, then you can't safely afford it. There will be other horses, other opportunities, other times. Now is not a great time for most people to put themselves into dicey financial situations, especially considering how horses can sometimes rack up BIG unexpected bills.

Sorry, but there really WILL be others, JMHO,

thinking about it....I dont think it will be a problem to feed them all. Our feed bills have been small and are not gonna go up much this summer....and its gonna be better hay
