FS: 3 Laying Hens and Custom Built Chicken Coop with Run

Custom built big chicken coop with runs, overall size is 12' * 6'. Built using redwood, cost me $900+. It is raccoon and big dog prove. Has automatic feeder and water feeder. We left 6 hens inside for 9 days when we were on vacation without any problem.

$100 and pickup from Torrance, CA only. Need to disassemble a bit.

Laying hens are $15 each and I still have half bag of organic layer pellet left, which is $38 a bag.

That coop had no ventilation that I could see. You'd be choking your chickens if you put them in that.

It has 3 holes on the side and in the mild weather here (coastal area of LA), it is perfectly fine. I have raised a couple of dozens of hens in the last 4 years or so without any problem. Our house does not have AC either.

The attached run can be removed and leave only the coop and the run under it. The size will be about 8 feet by 3 feet in this way. Thanks.

That coop is too small for 6 full sized hens

Maybe the right size for 4 bantams
