This is the very popular Harvest Witch costume from The Childrens Place. It comes with matching hat and tights. Fits little girls sizes 3-5. It is still in new condition. My daughter wore it last Halloween and then a few times after that to play in but there are no signs of wear and tear on it anywhere. It is a very cute costume.
