Just sexed the dozen coturnix and don't plan on butchering these guys (because my quail are now laying). I have exactly 6 pairs. I may keep the larger hens, but I should have at least 1-2 pairs available. The hens will probably be regular browns and the roos should be jumbos. I'll sell the largest roos first, then butcher whatever I can't sell. $8/pair
