I purchased Ameraucana eggs from BYC member 'Sebrightmom' and now have 3, eleven week old cockarels I would like to sell for $5 each to any BYC member who can pickup locally in the San Diego area. I had the eggs under my broody hen and three days ago let mom and kids with the rest of the flock of 5 other hens. The chicks were on medicated feed until recently put onto growers feed. I have had chickens for three years in my suburban backyard and have had no diseases. The cockarels have started to crow and we would like to find homes soon. I have them for sale on craigslist for $10 each just to recoup expenses, but only $5 for BYC members.
