I usually have premades on Etsy, but also make custom stuff.
When I make custom items or sets, I usually ask for half up front, unless you're sending your own fabric, which is usually cheaper.

**EDIT: I also have this knitting book called Stitch n' grump by Debbie Stoller. Really great book, but need to sell it. I recently bought it for $16. Willing to take best offer. It's in almost brand new condition.
