Having owned and operated 2 retail Nursery greenhouse operations, when I order flowers they better be fresh and just what I ordered.
I agree with using a local Florist that if you do have a complaint with orders , you can go directly to them with your problem and if they want your business again, they will strighten it out to your satisfaction . They will have direct contact with out of state florist they orderd from.
