Is there a treatment for gleet flock-wide? Several of my hens have it and the individual treatments I have tried (epsom baths, monistat, banixx, yogurt, oregano, ACV) have had zero response. Is there something I can distribute to the entire flock for treatment?

Vent gleet is not contagious and if you have several chickens with it, there's some underlying cause for it, things like contaminated food or water, nutritional deficiency, or internal or external parasites. The epsom baths, yogurt and Monistat takes care of it usually, so something is more powerful than what you're giving them. I assume they're on a layer feed but check it to be sure it's not gone bad. If they free range, look the area over for something that they might be getting into that's not good for them, and the same if they have a run.

If you can figure out what's causing it, then what you're doing should work. There is one other "medicine" and it's dosage I found here: But skipping down to the part relevant to yours:
"Miconazole, found on the women's hygiene shelf in the pharmacy. You can use either the suppositories or the vaginal cream. Measure a quarter inch of suppository or about half an inch of cream and give orally twice a day for seven days. Do not stop treatment before the full seven days are completed or the yeast may return."
