I noticed you have a kiddie pool in there. I just bought one for my ice bound flock, but they haven’t gotten near it yet.
 
Putting up the netting was doable by one person. I wouldn't say it was hard, just awkward. The instructions were pretty information free so you had to intuit. Getting the right tension without bending the poles required that you get it all set up and then go back around and pull each one out a little and reset them. Hence the strange shape I ended up with. Took about 2 hours in all,so not too bad. Was over a few days because of needing to charge the battery and having to stop to puzzle it out. I think it will get much easier and faster with practice. I plan to move it every couple of weeks for fresh grass.

It will if they touch it but as long as they don't get hung in it they should be ok. Better an occasional shock than being eaten. Once they discover the kiddie pool it will be duck heaven with lots of flapping and bathing. It took mine a little while to figure it out, but once they did happy ducks.
