Fungus(?) in pen

Noticed a white fuzzy growth in the soil. Maybe it's "saprophytic fungi" based on Internet searches?

Does anyone have experience or knowledge what this is and is it safe around the ducks

I looked up the fungus you mentioned but it doesn't look the same . I hope someone who knows will be able to help.
