Funky Feather on the new babies

So my chicks are almost a week old now and they all have lost the fuzz on the tips of their wings is this normal?? On a hilarious note today a gnat made the mistake of getting in the brooder!!! The chicks went crazy trying to get it leaping in the air and following it up and down the side funniest thing I've ever seen.

Dayold baby chicks do look pretty funny. Their feather changes do look quite strange.

Natural instincts, trying to hone their skills... Hilarious? Yes. Necessary definately, but at the same time comical

Yes the feather/fluff changes are normal.
Give em until their about 2 to 3 weeks old and they'll really be quite pitiful looking. Thank goodness the ugly stage doesn't last long.

Good I feel better knowing that I gave them yogurt and they got covered and I was beginning to think they were pecking each other, I seem to have a dominant one she kind of pick at the others.
