I thought that was what covenant restricted neighborhoods where for. If you don't want that or see that you move to an area that is restricted and that way you and the others who buy there agree to live that like minded way, also sometimes zoning can be used that way if the politicians can control themselves and can see that some areas should be restricted on some items and very liberal in other areas of their community.Don't remind me. My nephew just married the only daughter of a local congressman who squashed Georgia's Right to Grow Act. He's from a small, rural town in NW Georgia, but is trying to become a *sophistocated city slicker*, otherwise known as a "citiot".
