Funny acting turkey

We have a turkey that recently has been acting funny, he only sometimes walks like a drunk person, and when he is standing up he cocks his head in almost a S shape. We don't know alot about turkeys so any thoughts would be very helpful.

Well, he could be looking up at the sky for hawks and predators. Or, I think there is some kind of disease I read about where their neck starts bending to one side. Others on here might know what that is called. I think it is curable and may be a vitamin deficiency. Is your turkey in good condition? (getting enough nutrition)? Or is he thin? What age? What breed? What housing does he have?
