Actually, they like to roost on them every night so I have to knock em off or else there are piles of chicken crap in their food in the mornminmg.

Oh dear! Chickens do love their food. If I just rattle the food container while cleaning they'll come RUNNING!
Also, I have three broody girls crammed into the same nesting area. They look yin and yang with a piece of cinnamon toast.
