I have a funny story too: I have three Buff Orpington girls. I was reaching in to refill the feeder and Sunny was on the perch. She kept giving me a sneaky eye! I knew something was up. I bent over and she leaped on my head! I was so shocked! She is only three weeks old and has gotten used to her wings and bossing her sisters around.

What am I going to do with her? She is a real sweetie though and wouldn't can't do anything wrong.

She thought you're head needed a little something to spruce it up! So she became your chicken hat!

I let my chickens out to free range and I went outside to watch tv. About an hour later, I heard the oh so famous chicken alarm so I ran outside with my gun. I looked around my yard and none of my chickens were anywhere to be found! Fearing the worst I went to the run and a small bunny hopped away. This bunny was about the size of a softball. Right after, I noticed my chickens all peek out from the owl statue on top of my coop, they were terrified of this bunny! They all ran over to me thanking me for saving them. That was when they were about 5 months and they still run and hide from bunnies to this day.
