Funny: escaped hen hangs out at restaurants

Chickens are incredibly easy to catch in a live trap (raccoon size) I'm sure plenty of us have trapped their birds like I have. Some are even repeat offenders, they don't get trap shy like other animals do. It seems to me they want to keep her around. Unfortunately they see the "cool" factor and fail to see the danger to her from predators and traffic and such. People who don't own chickens are unaware of how many things like to EAT chickens!

But anyway, I thought it was a funny story

So true Tala. I might go into Hardee's tomorrow and talk to the manager and see if they would like to give her a new home with me. (after some quarantine time) Although after all the publicity, I might have to wait in line!
