Thanks everyone. They Roost on 2 x 4s. There's plenty of thick bedding in their coop.
She still has all of her toes.
I'll keep an eye out for any changes, or signs of infection.
Maybe if you post some different photos of her feet?
Not to argue, but the black circles, she has toenails and part of her toes missing. Red circles, the toes are dying, so those will most likely fall off. The only time I have seen people post something like this is due to frostbite or possibly injury. Since most all the toes are affected, then frostbite would be the most practical conclusion.
Chickens don't always get frostbitten feet from roosting in cold temperatures, it can be from getting the feet wet, walking in snow, etc.
She will likely be fine, but watch for infection or if she seems to be in pain and stops eating/drinking.
