I have an egg that is fertile and growing a chicky inside it, but the shell looks really weird. I can't get a good picture of it but it's an off-whiteish color egg, looks normal until you candle it, and there seems to be a white band of scratch mark looking lines going through the center of the egg. it goes around the entire thing. does anyone know what this might be and if it will be a factor in the chick not making it full term? I wish i could get a picture, none of the other eggs look like this...
