Funny Picture of chick attacking hen

I took this picture yesterday .... I was letting my "first" incubated chicks out for a romp in the yard and one of my hens came over to inspect/eat the chick food and one of the chicks attacked her! This was funny and I wanted to share this pic with you all.

Dang it, I came here because my 3-week-old white rock "pullet" just attacked one of my hens.
Does that mean she's definitely a he? :-( No signs of roo other then that.
