This will probably be hilarious to some people. But can you phonically sound out "Cochin" "Mille Fleur" I don't know how to say them exactly.

I believe it's "Ko-chin". Like if you were "coachin'" a baseball team. Ko rhymes with "Oh" and chin sounds like your chin on your face, Mille Fleur is French. Mille rhymes with Bill, and Fleur rhyes with poor. It's a sort of slurred sound, like if you pursed your lips forward so that "poor" came out "pooooor". I hope that makes sense!
