Funny shaped eggs and outer membrane

we have just purchased 4 twenty one week old chickens for lay, we are getting two perfect eggs every morning and the other two are laying but one has funny shaped eggs and the other is laying just the membrane, could anyone please advise thank you in advance

I didn't have the problem myself but many say it is very common for their first couple eggs to be weird. That said, what are you feeding them? They should be on layers feed now, and I would set out some oyster shell separately.

Ty everyone just got home and the 3rd chicken has now laid a perfect egg, just waiting on the fourth now , we have also had a double yolk the other day x
