you know that loud ,hon hawk sound they make,when one gets seperated from another?
well,my 2 tame 12 month old males,have been prity silent till now!!
if i come home,and stay home,all is good!!!!
but if i leave,and cross the street to do laundry,and therefore cannot see me!!
well all hell breaks loose!
they both yell out that call!!
only,when i return,and they see me,does the silence return!!!
i guess,as i raised them from chicks,they think i am another peacock???
have had peafowl in england for years!!
but,now in CA,have never had them from chicks!!
i thnk it is a whole new world??
