Future laced silkie project

I was thinking of trying to breed a laced silkie. My question is after the first generation whar should i cross with what? For 2nd gen Should i cross brother and sister or father and daughter and then 3 gen?
1st generation father - silkie

I think a laced silkie would be hard to do because the feathers on a silkie are more like strands of hair not whole feathers. I will like to see what you come up with though.

I'm going to try using a buff laced polish hen and a white silkie rooster as my base.

Check out cuckoo silkies they are pretty they are barred not laced so it’s probably a possibility
