Fuzzy's Farm

Darn chicken! It is so weird... How they seem to be able to find the grandest places to hide over nite...
Yes it is. Like I said before, I looked for over 2 hours. But at least he is back and he is unhurt and safe now. I was thinking about taking that pair to fowl fest Saturday. I will have to look him over real good this morning and make sure everything is ok with him.

I don't have bi-polar. I am just plain mean LOL

You are in no way, "mean"...just crotchety...lol
I believe he was underneath the Bantam/Andalusion house.
Ahhh...same place the other one kept ducking under when we were chasing him? You need to board that up! Jerks.
I remember her saying that Kim. So sad you don't live around me, she could ride everyday. Heck, I would even get her her own horse.

Now how can you give up a critter that managed to evade you for over two hours, survive the entire night without being eaten AND survived being beat up by two roosters before all of that? lol

I almost made FRIED chicken nuggets!!!!

I have the heat lamp inside the rabbit hutch.. NOOO, that isnt the problem - wow its chilly and wet out there this morning-

the little Uggo nuggets discovered the outlet bar that I have OUTSIDE the hutch where the lamp is plugged in. And they were all standing around picking at the open outlets.

Goofballs. Now the outlet bar is on the OUTSIDE of the X-pen.

Ya, I am crotchety LOL. But then, you got to see what I have to put up with hahahaha.
I wasn't going to sell them at Fowl Fest, just show them and yes, it is the same place that dumb butt kept ducking when we were chasing it. I do need to board that up.

wasnt so much darn colder up there id consider MI a place to move to
From what i've heard, it's not so much colder than the other states, it's colder longer. Buuut we get the most beautiful seasons, and the state is pretty heavily wooded! I haven't been west, just down to FL and back but i always know when i'm getting close because of all the trees. :)

Thanks all-
and hopefully my son one day will choose to live his life the right way to manage, but for now he is all about self-medicating himself with all the wrong things, and alcohol, etc is what his 'cure' is; SO, because he is my son- I am here when he beats himself in the head, or with the tree- and yells and freaks out...and my daughter doesnt do that stuff to herself-
but the worst thing I did to her was take away her horse-back riding lessons. She had her 'reason' there, and loved every second of riding. However, it cost three hundred dollars a month for lessons, and was financially impossible for me to continue past three months; I was financially strapped.
She loves art and polymer clay and painting and drawing- but as of now, no. She is so depressed, and its terrible.
Yup, alchohol makes for the worst moods! Totally takes away the desire to not express all the 50 shades of emotion. That's a toughie. For your daughter, (I'm sure she does) Does she have a special pet? One that is her "baby"? That is a reason. Mom got me a parakeet when i was younger, (I always did have a thing for birds) We were besties. He would sit on my shoulder all day, and ate and drank with me. Most times he got on the kool-aid cup before i even got done pouring! Got shut in the fridge once because he tried to sneak a drink from mom or sis once, no one fessed. lol. He always knew when i wasn't right, and when i was sad he'd do goofy things to try and cheer me up. That's a big part of why i like birds so much, they are little clowns and they seem to always be smiling!

The art helps too, another reason why i am decent at it. Gives you something else to focus on, and somehow it lifts the spirits. Get her books, cheap supplies, whatever. My mom had us girls in a couple church youth groups, too. It was a place where we could be with friends without the pressure that can be at other places. We played sports there too. I liked the volleyball :)

lol had to be the wrong nuggets. I don't get why your d'uccles went mean on you; those porcelains are the tiniest sweetest things! They are way tinier than the hatchery millies i got. Now the clean faced booted banty that i got, the porcelain that i thought was a d'uccle, she's mean. Whups the big birds behinds!
