Thanks, Robin, Mrs B. I am going to take myself off to bed, 4 am comes early and i'm not much company right now anyway.

I wish i could have gotten an answer on the forum about my pale chick, it is still blue and white, palest buff shadings........ I am wondering if THAT one may be my plucky jr, he may end up with blue markings and get the beetle green hackles and saddle. I can hope anyway.

Oh, and for any of you old geezers like me, who takes forever to manage to get three stars on every angry bird episode.... game... whatever, I FINALLY GOT IT! All stars in each, all the golden eggs, and yup... finally beat it. Oh, and it only took me like six friggin months!

What are the Ovations?  I saw it the other day on my profile and have no idea what they are for.

The ovations are for when someone gives you a thumbs up on a post that you made, if it helped them out, was good information, a good giggle, a thank you for a welcome... You can give them to anyone by clicking the thumbs up icon at the bottom of each post. You are not supposed to give them to yourself though.

Yeah, what she said. I don't know why, but it's nice to see when I get some. Makes me feel like I'm actually helping, not just rambling on and on and on..........

You can't give them to yourself, unless you make a fake profile just to do that. But then they take them all away and you can't give them anymore. I think eventually they're going to let people see how many someone has, then you can judge their trustworthiness or whatever.

LOL, that would be funny. When I was a kid, a friend of mine had a pair. Well, she ended up losing a finger in front of me, and I have been totally freaked by them ever since. FREAKED! Yeah. All she was doing was giving them pineapple... or something...

My daughter once had one and it was the rudest, nastiest bird I have ever seen. He always knew when I was on the phone or trying to watch a tv show and would start his squawking. I hated that bird. He NEVER failed to call me an arsehole when I walked by his cage.

My friend used to have one his name was domino and he was pretty awesome but he was one of those smaller parrots...

well, i got 2 orange and black cocoa's, cookie is a bit more flighty at the moment because she hit puberty (red comb, must not have been her egg after all)

"hope" is still small and she's hand raised so to her i am a friend and a momma. She found that "spot" just where her momma used to go, right over my heart today. She also knows already to run to me if she's getting bullied, don't run in silly circles like the others. So those girls are what keeps me moving forward, those and the sweet d'uccles.

It is hard for me to judge, plucky did the nesting stuff, dancing, calling for treats even without hens.............my biggest fear is meanness. If the big roos got mean, the default roo is maurice, the porcelain d'uccle roo. He's kinda small, but he is the one that has top priority right now, even over henry if need be. He hasn't shown a mean bone at all, and he isn't very roo-ish but has stuck by his sister's side religiously. The big roos get distracted, henry most notably has been going over to the millie roo's coop and attacking the window. Blue just chases everything that is near him. Don't want to catch, just likes chasing???

See guys, this is what i've been wondering about. If you scroll down the first page, the pic of the silver rooster is only silver in the wings. The breast is supposed to be black. Mine had polka dots......... Keep going, and then to the bottom you see the "citron/lemon" pics. THAT looks the most like my roo on the whole page! White with black polka dots, yellow hackles. The chick i have right now looks just like the chick they show as being the gold dillute that resembles the lemon............??? My plucky didn't look like the silver chick (penguin-ish) , he was a white and black chipmunk.

Regarding the 2 poofs being assaulted they are both the "Classic" black white colorationg that I stereotype polish to look like. Now as to if they are both roo's... all the polish are the same age but Poof Head is definately a roo. He has lil spur bumps on his legs and those red waddles coming off his cheeks. Mojo on the other hand doesnt have any mail features that I can see. So I dont think its 100% a male vs. Male thing. What I am starting to think is Bob(junglefowl) cant tell the differance between the two when they are eating(which is when he rips their head feathers out). Idk could be wrong. Well I will keep them separated for a few days and try again. If he does it again I know some bird hunters who would love to have em over. Btw I found it so interesting that when I moved bob to the solitary the 3 girls(jungles as well) all looked lost and were doing everything they could to get to Bob, I guess they just cant figure out what to do without him telling them.
