My knees are killing me tonight. I think this weather is the culprit... The right knee is actually swollen. Trying to decide if I want to put a heat wrap on...

I am seriously considering making that last cheesecake i posted yesterday........ i only have a half day tomorrow.

I am contemplating trying to talk to my boss though, she took my co-worker aside today and they talked real quiet. Probably about all the crazy stuff in her personal life, not my business....... but i can't stop worrying that i may have done something or made a bad impression after all? Been a month, so not out of the ordinary to ask for a review............? It don't help my worrying that at least 3 major appliances have had issues since i started. No way i could have done it, but i'm still getting weird looks! crazy luck, i'm so not trying to "stick out" and this is NOT helping!!! I'm there 4 days a week, so of course i'm always around when it happens! Of course!!!

OOoo. If your knee is swollen, and heat wrap will help (idk) then i'd do it! If it's anything like a headache the longer you put off treating it the worse they get! Boy, between your feet and knees............ Is it your right leg? (perhaps driving your route pulled something on that last huge delivery)

Yes it is the driving leg... BUT it is also my arthritic leg from an injury to it when I was a kid.. Left foot, right knee. Sure makes for fun walking. LOL. I think I might get me some of them nurses shoes.... granny shoes. I'd be better if I could just get the weight down faster...


I work with this girl, and she was telling me about someone else using spark people. I said she aught to check out the site, it is an awesome site for getting healthy. She said, she was comfortable being hefty. I looked at her oddly, and she said, "Hey, when I graduated highschool, I was 493 pound. I think I am ok and happy with 230 I am now." Well, hello, I guess so! She said though, that loosing that nearly 300 pounds made such a difference on her knees and feet. She was so bad that she could hardly walk some days...

The Transformation of Sweetbrier Rose the Schleich

I decided to make something special for my sister, as a Christmas present. I decided to make a customized Schleich horse. So, here's Sweetbrier Rose's little transformation. Enjoy.

First, she looked like this. (Not my pic).



Then, after fooling around with a sharpie, she looked like this.



Then, I decided to pastel her. This is how she turned out.



I just have to say I am very pleased with how she turned out. I started today at 12:45 and did not finish until just now! I am not stretching the truth! I am completely finished with her now. Feel free to comment as I would love comments. XD Thanks for looking.

I like that. Spanish, or indian? I got a pair of dr sholls at goodwill for $3-4, look brand new! I was wearing some other more expensive name first, but my feet were still sore, these are a tad better. (still goodwill, i'm too cheap to spend big bucks on shoes) I just wear really long pants that kinda cover most of the shoe
