Sounds a bit like one of the ones I get only mine is more of a dark mauve/purply color. No clue who lays it, but it's usually a very good sized egg.

That one is hope (aka little cocoa, she is soooooo much like her momma was.)

My cocoa was my babygirl, i was planning to retire her to being a house pet. She just didn't make it. Both her daughters talk a lot with all kinds of sounds, waaay more than my other easter eggers! Both are also very jealous lap hounds. Start petting another in their general vicinity and you WILL end up with a bird on your head/shoulder, and if it's cookie doing the mobbing she will attack the offending momma stealer! (Her mom did that too)

I still miss her, but her daughters do fill a little spot in my heart and lap.

Nova, how do you keep track of who lays what? I only know for sure that Pretty Girl lays the green because she was the only ee hen I had at the time.
