Fuzzy's Farm

That's for sure. I remember having to actually shovel. I shovelled the other day, hoping we'd get more. SO, I always shovel the first snows that way if anything is in the driveway that my snowblower can get damaged on, it is off... Heck, I even filled up my blower, and got the power cord out to use the electric start... and NOTHING!

It can snow all it wants just so long as it stays off the roads. I'm kind of shaking my head at this weather, too. I had heard it was supposed to be another winter like last year, but I was hoping to see a bit more than this. I heard we were going to be near record high on Saturday. Break out the shorts and tanks everybody....

My DH likes to keep our room overly warm, too. I hate it. When he's home for the night, I wear my lighter pj's and still sweat. And it's just going to get worse because he just had me order a down comforter for him because he's too cold.

You need an electric blanket. Leave your side off, his on. My Ex was terrible about that. He hated a fan on, wanted to be practically sweating! I hated that. I like to be really warm when I first get in bed, then peal off layer/blankets as needed since it is so cold on my bed room floor, that I can set a cup of milk on the floor, and it will not spoil.... Well anyway, we had the electric blanket, and he'd be happy as a clam and I wouldn't be so hot I needed a frozen daquiri to cool off.

So, did you swipe the kids Innotab and go take pics? LOL, no zooming in, but hey, If you are like me, you can sometimes get up close to them. LOL
Truthfully ... no... But I did post pics of them playing in the snow!

I have 3 comforters on the bed... BF goes from too hot to too cold and back again.
I like having all the blankets on but I can sleep better with the house at 66*... not 70*!!!

I have been made a super awesome offer, and I AM considering how the heck I could do this. May have to invest in an over head heater for the back shed. Maybe have to reconsider my coop design, yard lay out ect... I have been offered a chance at some eggs from these... This would be the daddy bird....

Couldn't you just pee yourself in excitement!

Did I mention that they'd be free? Won't say from whom... But all his/her birds are just stunningly, stupendously, amazingly gorgeous... Its that or that one hello of a photoshop job.

My room off the floor stays between 63-66. I have it set for 64. The heater sits on top of my chest, well, not MY chest... ANYWAY, if I leave it on the floor, it just runs and runs and runs, so I sit it on the chest, and it comes on at 63, goes off at 66. Keeps it just right. Darn basement bedrooms. LOL

Electric blanket wouldn't work. I have one, but can only use it when I'm sitting in the living room watching tv. DH refuses to use them because he has an issue with them throwing off your electrolyte balance and with the emf's from it. (hmm, no loco smiley face) Since we keep our house set to 62 degrees in the winter, the blanket comes in handy when you're not in the bedroom which has a heater he runs all the time. And, yes, I mean 62 degrees.

He be a pretty boy. Kind of looks similar to my Newton, but not the same breed.

He's a Phoenix. Also has OEB's red pyles... BUT, Jace saw this guy, and said... Mom, I want that rooster there. LOL. I told DM, and he said if I wanted some eggs, he'd ship them to me FREE! I know that will lower the viability, but, I'd definitly give it a try.

Nice. I had a red pyle roo once. Loved him. Stupid raccoon. Now I just have his son who is half sebright. His name is Goober for a reason.
