Ya know.. my favorite things, which I have never understood, it the buy 2 (or what ever) and save $.50 (on two?) I have to buy 2 in order for the coupon to be good. AND usually they are not brands I use, or are for things that I buy so very rarely. OR since they are not brands that I use, even with the coupon I am not saving any money, cuz the brand I use is still cheaper...

What I need to do is get out of my meijer shopping and head on over to ALDI's. Only problem there is a lot of the stuff has preserves/additives that I don't like. But since I am at the store, since it is so close to home, all the time, I should just do ALDI's for produce, since we eat what ever produce pretty much the same day we buy it...

I prefer the leaner cuts of meat, and I have never like their frozen chicken... I actually LOVE GFS frozen chicken breast... BUT with the way the pay check has been getting, I do believe I am going to have to make some changes in the food market...

OH! Guess what! In one more pound, I will be out of the 270's and in the 260's! Haven't seen those numbers since before my dad passed away! I was in the 280's at chickenstock. Slow but sure wins the race.

Maybe, but what I got was liquid form, not like they are advertising there, but that is something I should consider getting to keep on hand. What I got was a thick liquid. Used it before when Miss Isa (Rocky Rhode) had an inflamed gizzard. The stuff is awesome. Ya know in USSR, they use it in humans with great success for treating bronchitis, pneumonia, and other crap like that? Here in the US, it is not approved. Then again, there are alot of treatments that are approved in other countries that are not approved here. Things that REALLY WORK!

Hm. good to know, never know when one may need to know that; i am not above treating myself. Usually i can pinpoint pretty good, and nothing is more frustrating than a dr who don't want to listen to the patient, i usually have to wait a long time for their test to come back and tell me what i knew, then have to pay a 2nd visit

Well, I told him what I would like for the raise... $50 more a week... I think that is fair and he didn't seem to be shocked.
He will still be way below the amount for 2 children under the age of 4. We will see what happens next.

I shop at meijer all the time. I like their brand. I hate coupons... they are always buy 2 save this... I can buy the store brand and still save more than with the coupon.
I have not shopped at Aldi, yet... maybe I will go there on the next mission.

I hope they agree BYFM. I have been buying the Meijer basics on a lot of things, even the bread. I like meijer brand things. I find it funny though when some of their brand stuff is more than the name brand. I pretty much buy name brand when it is on sale. This week I got a 6 pack of cottonelle tp for 2.50 because the package was ripped. got captain crunch for a 1.50 cuz the box was damaged. The bag was still good.. I buy freshly cut fruit at 40% off cuz its at date... If I am vigilant, I can shop for a week for right around $100 for 5. Then buy milk and bread every other day or so, and fruit.

I shop at Meijer, too, because the only alternative I have is Walmart and I'm even less fond of them than I am of Meijer. Wish I had a different place to go, but not near enough to any other store. I'm pretty picky about using store brand or name brand. They each have their own qualities and I buy whichever one I know works best for whatever I'm using it for.

I am not much one for Wally world either. Prices aren't to bad, but I am always so mad by the time I leave there, I quit shopping there unless I really have to.

I might go there once a month if they're lucky. Since they are the only two shopping centers here, they are pretty close price wise and since Meijer has a bigger selection, more light to see by and doesn't look as messy/dirty, I go there.

Well, time to get off my hiney and get dinner going.
