Going to critter barn later this afternoon. My mom ain't coming this weekend again. Oh well.

lol, I was going to say a naughty word after friend... So... We will say collector? I don't get the people with several hundred friends... I can see the teens, wanna be on everyone's from school... But yeah. But like my older sis, she's got close to 600 persons... I understand family, especially bigfamilies, but that accounts for maybe 100 with all the cousins and aunts and uncles and niece and nephews oh, siblings... But wow... That's just collecting, like prestige... I have very low prestige...with my 18 friends. Lol

Oh yeah, I have a few relatives like that. My dad has close to 1000. Seriously, he doesn't know most of them, but he says if someone wants to be his friend then he's fine with that. Claims my mom is jealous because she doesn't have as many friends as him, but she has close to 400 herself.

I guess i am a bad collector then .. i have like 620 something but that is relatives friends old classmates and people who play the same games as me ... probably half and half .... i talk to at least 100 + of them a day when i am on steady ... asking about games and checking in with family and friends... but now i do have friends who have over 1000 just to have them .... and actually i need to do a clean out again but haven't had time ....

so how is everyone's day going? we took athena to see her favorite dog buddy and had brunch with a friend then came home and i am trying to just sit and relax a bit ....

anyone got any good plans for the weekend ?

I really only want people and family I know. I only want my friends and that's about it.

I took the boys to Critter Barn today. OH!! The babies were so cute. A white turkey hen (what are the whites? Royals?) Tried to eat my fingers off after I pet her. Guess I should have went with a pocket full of bread. LOL. I even pet a pig. Oh my gracious, I should have known that the hairs (bristles) were so TOUGH! My dad used to love to get boar bristle brushes. Anyway, he was so sweet. I was very disturbed at the hen house though. They have a small egg laying group of hens. AND it's awful. 5 hens to a cage, pecked bald... Then I found another group of 3 hens, and one of those hens had been pecked open something terrible on her back. I informed the owner of the place, and showed her. She later thanked me for pointing it out as we were leaving. Also told one of the volunteers that one of the brooders with new chicks like a few days old, was completely dry of water, and this volunteer told me she didn't know how to do that... WHAT? You don't know how to take the water to a faucet and put water in? I looked at her and told her, they need water. She told some older girl, and that girl was on it. Other than the factory style hen house, and those 2 other things... I was impressed at how very clean and well taken care the animals are. If I had the money, I would donate for a larger chicken area though. The amount of chickens in such small space is unbelievable. BUT they keep it so CLEAN! I was very impressed with that. And the peas! They have two absolutely stunning male peas. Just beautiful.

Aiden was happiest with the cats and the rabbits. He got licked by a cow, pet a day old sheep, some 3 day old goats, fell head first down a hill. LOL. Jace got a big kick out of the rams and the angora goats. Those were awesome looking things. One went nuts on me and just kept rubbing her/his head on me with full force. I guess I looked like a great itching post.

All in all, it was great day. All in all, I wish I could steal a few of the serema hens. AND they had this GIANT cochin. WOW, he was pretty, and they had a bantam cochin that would have looked just like Pat the Rat if Pat the Rat walked upright the way he should.

And yes, I forgot my darn camera.

My day was going good, but then I had the bright idea to go and get a haircut.

Seriously, I looked just like my mom before the cut. Absolutely no doubt I'm my mother's child. Then I cut it short and had them cut in bangs. I haven't had bangs in 10 years. Now I look just like a younger version of my dad. Absolutely no doubt I'm my father's child. How on earth did I look like one and now the other just by a haircut?

Not liking it much. Sigh. Maybe after a few days and playing around with it...

I know I am awful but at least I do talk to almost everyone on my list... and I do have a BIG family !!! with a stepmom and her family and an ex sister n law and her family and a new sister in law and her family and a stepson and his mom and family lol i have even had people on my list as friends only to discover months later we are cousins too lol

I look like prissy version of my dad... AND I look like a younger version of my mam. LOL. I however will not have a short hair cut... cuz then i look like both minus the excess facial hair.

I just realised I need to start collecting eggs for Jace's school. There is no way I am going to be getting pure fav eggs right now. Florus is still wonky. But he is being spectacularly protective of Beulah. LOL. Poor boy. Does anyone have any ideas more that I can do? I am fearing that I will be putting him in new coop and run that he will not be able to jump up. Mobile coop so he'll always have fresh grass. I hate the idea, but... Hoping he'll be able to give some offspring in by the summer...
