I guess i am a bad collector then .. i have like 620 something but that is relatives friends old classmates and people who play the same games as me ... probably half and half .... i talk to at least 100 + of them a day when i am on steady ... asking about games and checking in with family and friends... but now i do have friends who have over 1000 just to have them .... and actually i need to do a clean out again but haven't had time ....

so how is everyone's day going? we took athena to see her favorite dog buddy and had brunch with a friend then came home and i am trying to just sit and relax a bit ....

anyone got any good plans for the weekend ?

Well I don't have nowhere near that. Just family and mostly chicken people.
I have plans this weekend. Kim is coming over Sunday and we are grilling !!! Will be a fun time.

Hey All. It's been the week from hell here. The dean is on a rampage cause our dept is so bad. He's listening to the one guy who's creating most of the problems so is getting a screwy picture. I stay out of it all and hide in my office but I know it's only a matter of time before he (dean) does something like remove our dept chair or assign us to other depts. I don't care as I just teach but geesh what a mess.

Hey Tee. How are you feeling?

Well, Georgie almost killed herself today. I was at school all day but when I got home DH said she had gotten her head between the bars of the hay feeder and then stuck her nose back through the other bars trying to get out. Luckily he heard all the goats yelling (they are so protective of each other) and went out there. Guess it took awhile to untangle her and how she's lying down in the barn. She seems okay but we gave her probios for stress. I think she's just really sore as she'll eat oats just fine. Sounds like Georgie and Florus did much similar stuff.

Nova, the picture of your son is great. You are such a good artist.

Sounds like everyone has had a full day! Me too, didn't think my chicks would start hatching until maybe tomorrow, but came home from breakfast with a friend and me and hubby was leaving for tractor supply and home depot, and I was going to open the gate for us and walked by chicken house heard chicks going crazy peeping loudly and hen going nuts, opened nesting box and low and behold have baby chicks!! Have counted 6 or 7 out of the thirteen under the two hens. Was so excited. Anyway one of the baby chicks fell outta nest its only about three inches to floor buttt... They are bantams, that's why the ruckus.. Anyway found out how vicious two bantams with baby's can be those two attacked me as soon as I tried to rescue the chick! Took gloves and lots of COURAGE! Lol but finally got chick back in.. Wow what a experience , but chicks are so cute as you all know this is my first baby chick, so I'm overly excited and proud! Hope everyone's feeling better? Well... You all have LOTS of friends on FB... I had to check to see how many I had... 111. All family and close friends.... There are a few friends of friends from planning weddings and baby showers and whatnots.

I think I have a broody!!!! Shawarma (One of Kim's NN frizzles) has been in the nesting box all day, gave me the evil eye everytime I checked on her (I was afraid she might have an egg stuck), gave me "chicken kisses", and pulled 3 eggs underneath her when I gave them to her. I had to wrestle her a little to get the wooden eggs out from under her.
If she stays in there I will be so excited!!!

Hi Gigi. Doing much better, thanks. Most everything is gone, but my sinuses are still in overdrive. I am so tired of blowing my nose.
Glad the ever so adventurous Georgie is doing okay.

Anyway, just got done dying my oldest DDs hair. She decided to try a new color and went with black cherry. It's no longer reddish purple now, but darkish purple. I'm thinking it's a bit too dark, but maybe it will look different in better lighting.

Savannah, congrats on the baby chicks. It really is exciting when they hatch.
Ashli, did the drain go okay on Noah's ear?
Nova, all I can say for Florus is just continue what you are doing and give it time.
