Fuzzy's Farm

.
Ashli, did the drain go okay on Noah's ear?
I didn't do it... I was too chicken. I am still unsure as to if it will help or just cause more issues.
I figure the more I open it up... the higher the risk of infection. :(
Wow what a experience , but chicks are so cute as you all know this is my first baby chick, so I'm overly excited and proud! Hope everyone's feeling better? Have good evening
How did I miss this?
Congrats on the new additions! May chicken math be on your side ;)

I'm gonna take your advice nova and move them as soon as all are hatched, I did the same thing backyard mom did I snuck extra eggs in there with them since two hens were on one nest. So I'm gonna give a couple more days to see if last few hatch have 8 right now Nova I'll email you couple pics to post for me not real good but those hens are mean!! Lol Ashli hope your dogs ear gets better soon, I hate when I have hurt animal and feel helpless to help them. If you believe in prayer pray for him or her and I will too.. Have great night everyone!

Ps everyone I have Facebook and only have family on mine and there a whole 22 people. Get too complicated, and people not need to hear my family issues!! Lol so don't feel bad about not accepting someone, it's a place that can get out of hand if you let it!

Hi Savannah; That's one adventuresome baby chick. Congrats on the new hatches. It sounds like so much fun.

Tee, I'm glad you are starting to get out from under your cold stuff. No good being sick for that long.

It takes a long time for a blood clot to go down, Ashli. The blood "dries" up and then slowly has to be "washed" away. Plus then you have the cartilage issues. Rubbing his ear gently if he'll let you will help the process. We had this happen to one of our dogs and it eventually resolved itself but it took almost 6 months.

Well, I finished the temporary coop extension for the baby chicks (I can't believe they are almost 5 weeks old). They spent their first night in the big coop last night. The big girls weren't that enthused to have all the babies right next too them and especially having the brooder lamp on all night. Everyone made it through the night-yay!

Thanks Gigi. I'm totally covinced that if I weren't driving around for 4 to 5 hours a day inhaling all the allergens and dust then I would have kicked the sinus aspect by now. Jusr have another week and a half and then the full time will be over and maybe then it will go away for good.

Nova sorry it sounds like you had a bad day
