Fuzzy's Farm

I'm kinda bummed, i'm turning 34 yrs this month! Not bad, but i'm beginning to dislike birthdays. 14 years of fighting with the same man too! Our anniversary is on my birthday, i think he planned it to save himself on the presents...............

Jk I got a good present when i got him, i just don't "know it" every day............

I have been thinking about painting lately and BF has been working on a little painting that he started a while back. I never like what I end up with...It never captures what I had in my head. That is okay, I can sculpt with clay.

I love taking pictures of my son holding the chickens. I took a bunch of photos of him in the leaves today. Crazy how they all fell today!

Those pics will be a blessing when he grows up! I have issues liking stuff too, that's why i don't do it often. As good as this one seems to be, i can sit down another day and it will be nothing close! That's the reason i often sit and sip when trying to get in the mood, if i don't have interruptions and i'm relaxed sometimes i can channel my creative side. It helps to be outside, too, or in a window. I think it helps me relax. I did the keet painting in my camper, before i got chickens. Too much stress and i completely "lose" my creative side and go all logical.
Working with watercolor means you can "erase" color after you put it on the paper, all you have to do is dry the brush and use it to suck the color+moisture off the paper. Or a barely damp sponge. You need good paper though, if you make a lot of mistakes! It's the only kind of paint i know of that can be worked on whenever you want, just re-wet and you can add and take away! I learned a lot of my techniques from that art guy they put re-runs on regular tv's channel 35 "create" station.

October 31st is my nieces birthday and my ex step moms bday lol
Mine is the 'ol lucky 13, wouldn't you know!
