Gads, my foot is killing me.
Have just one lug that we can't get off. By "WE" I mean I went and asked Carl for help. Couldn't get it. Darn thing is just rounded. Finally had to give up for the night because he has homemade sketti sauce cooking for canning, and Work in the AM. I called my sister. She's going to loan me her car in AM so I can get to the tire place... I am thinking I might just get a drill bit and cut that thing off, or torch it and break it off. Carl's is thinking maybe I torch it, then take my deep well socket that is a size smaller, hammer it on, then let it cool, then loosen. Going to try that first, then the other. As long as I am able to get my kid from school tomorrow... Dagnabit... would be a good time to have a bike with a tandem. LOL.
I am going to take pill and go to bed...

OH, silly chicken story first...
SO, I threw out corn and worms yesterday in the leaves. Everyone was Happy happy happy. Well, Roger Jr has been following Criptoe and her chicks around lately. Really cute actually. One of the other girls got to close to Criptoe and her chicks and Roger Jr went nutso on her and chased her off, then went back to standing guard so Criptoe and her chicks could eat corn and worms. It was so darn sweet! Oh, he's going to be just like his daddy, and he's only 2 months old!
AND THEN tonight, I went into the garage to start getting the wheel off, and Skeeter and her baby weren't in the garage, just the trio were. OK, I figured she finally got around to going back to the coop with everyone else. Its was dark at the time, so... Well anyway, I am taking the lugs off and then I can't get the one. I am getting mad at it, so I went to get Carl to see if he has an impact wrench, and he doesn't but he's said he'll see if he can't get it. Now it is full dark. Well, here come Skeeter and her chick along the side of the house, and into the garage! I have no idea where she was then. I guess her and the chick were digging around, couldn't decide where to be, and then when the motion lights were on, she found her way to the garage. Silly birds.
