Button quail are very skittish...right?
I am afraid they would hit their heads and die....
I had cots and I kept them in a 10 gallon tank (until my cat got them

)
Would that be too small for a trio?

He is much better... still a cough now and then but he has a sass mouth again... so all is good, I guess. LOL

I'd get a 20-30 gallon. Or build one... You could do the back, bottom, and sides with wood, the front with plexi, and a top with plexi and wire. That plexi will take a drill fairly easy...
