GAHHH!!!

i got 7 new chix from Poultryman and now i'm so paranoid i can't sleep! with my first batch that are big girls and boys now i was a severe emotional and paranoid wreck. i worry that i might squish them when i pick them up, cats might get in and have lunch, sister might dump rat poison in brooder.... HELP! i'm a train wreck right now!!!!

YAY!!! for chickies, sorry you are nervous about them....but don't they say that %90 of the things we worry about never come to pass? I think that is it...so it is pretty likely they will be fine

I know what you mean, my poor babies! I check their butts every 1/2 hour, then I worry that I missed one and do it all over again. I had one with a little poop on it and I washed it off, then I was in a panic that I had frozen it. Good golly, this is so stressful! (but so wonderful)

they are in my bedroom and i sleep and wake up every 15 mins to check on them..
